GLASS LEWIS, IW FINANCIAL EXPAND STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP

Leading proxy advisory firm to offer clients broader access to IW Financial's environmental and social data, compliance lists, custom research

PORTLAND, Maine (October 21, 2008) — Glass Lewis & Co., a leading independent proxy advisory and investment research firm, and IW Financial, a provider of environmental, social, and governance research and consulting services, are expanding their strategic relationship to include a broader range of research offerings, it was announced today.

Under the new agreement, the two firms will provide Glass Lewis clients access to environmental and social data, including global security risk / terrorism and custom research. The research will be made available as data feeds or through IW Financial's online platform, which includes the firm's sophisticated analytics. Glass Lewis serves institutional clients that collectively manage more than $15 trillion in assets.
